It has been 1 year since I was introduced to Rain SOUL.
I was diagnosed with Mitochondrial Disease approximately 8 years ago. This was after a very long time of being diagnosed with many other diseases and ailments. A few to mention are: Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis (OA & RA) Raynaud's, Sjogren's syndrome, Lactic Acidosis, Degenerative Disc Disease, Diabetes, High Cholesterol, etc.
Mitochondrial Disease is when the Mitochondria in your cells are not receiving enough oxygen and this is needed to sustain life. It can affect most any part of the body, mostly the major organs.
Around the beginning of 2016, I was having some really bad issues relating to the Mito. My energy level was so low, I couldn't do a lot of things that normal people do on a daily basis without even thinking. Going to the store to pick up a few items, would use up so much out of me, I would come home and sleep for hours just to regain some energy. Sometimes it took as much as 14 hours and even days to recuperate. It was getting to the point that I was ready to just give up. I was so tired and in so much pain all the time. I really didn't know how much more I could take.
On February 26th my friend Donna came over and she saw I was not doing very well. She came back later with a box of Rain SOUL. She said to me " I feel like God is telling me to give you this and I don't want to see you sick anymore". About a year before she asked me if I would try it and at that time I was on so much medication, I just couldn't bare to take one more thing. At this particular time, I had just had a procedure that advised me stop the mito compound. After not being on them for that period of time, I realized that they were not helping me. I still felt the same. So I told Donna that I would try it.
After the 4th day, I was amazed to feel like I was awake. I actually had energy. I kept taking it and on the 7th day, I realized that I was going to sleep without taking any medication. I would take a Tylenol arthritis and a benadryl before bed, because of leg pain and itching all night. I no longer needed them anymore.The itching and pain stopped and I was able to sleep. As time went on, I was starting to feel so much better. I started going off of more of my meds. At the time, I was taking 24 - 27 pills a day. As of today, I am taking 3.
Over the summer, I was so busy it was unbelievable. I actually did yard work. My husband and sister and I started walking. I even helped my husband put a garden in the back yard. That was amazing to everyone, 6 months before I had trouble getting out of bed.
Things just started getting better and better. I found that I could do whatever I put my mind to. Even shoveling some snow in the winter.
If I need an extra boost, I take another SOUL. I still have Mitochondrial Disease, but this SOUL has made my life so much easier to live. I want to thank God for giving me my life back with SOUL.

I am a nurse and I have a herniated disk at
L4 L5 and a bulging disk at L1. When I was first diagnosed I had a lot of sick days. My manager insisted I go to the pain center. The pain center doctor immediately started talking surgery, and writing me prescriptions for pain pills.
"Those are my choices", I thought?
The meds were so strong that I fainted after getting out of the shower and hit my head on the sink. I had a gash in my head so that was a trip to the ER and a 4 day hospital stay to rule out cardiac and neuro problems.
I finally had to take a 12 week leave from work. I had used all of my sick days so I was having to pay my employer for my benefits and had no income. I wore a back brace, rested, iced, heat, etc. until I could return to work. After returning to work I wore one of those therma care wraps for my 12 hour shift. I also used over the counter aleve, excedrin and ibuprofen. I did that for 4 years.
This past spring my doctor did bloodwork and was concerned about my liver panel. That's when I started noticing how many over the counter meds I was taking per day. Then Shayna Cross started posting about weaning herself off her rheumatoid arthritis meds. I know how painful that is so I asked what she was taking.
I ordered some SOUL. Within 7 days (2 SOULS per day up to three on a busy day at work) I was pain free.
I became a distributor after a week. As of 10/21/14 (90 days) I am still pain free and have not taken any over the counter meds. I use it topically on my face as a dermabrasion, my hair is growing in thicker and faster. I no longer get gel wraps, tips or shellac because my natural nails are healthy. My spider veins (which I used to get injected) are fading.
The ringing in my ears which I have had since I was 39 is 80% gone. I have an eye exam scheduled because I can no longer see the "floaters" in my eyes and I want it confirmed by a doctor. After 90 days I feel my mood is better and I feel younger mentally and physically. I have a sense of "wellness."
It is hard to put into words, but it has changed my life. I'll make another post about winning a bet with my doctor about cholesterol."

When I was introduced to Soul I was looking for more energy, more flexibility, bending, twisting which I need for my job of cleaning homes and a hospital. As I am getting older all that is slowly getting harder to do. I took my Soul packet on the August 27th, in the morning before breakfast. I was thinking how is this going to work, I have digestive, upsetting nervousness in my stomach and new products I have used in the past would always give me a stomach ache.
I did not get a stomach ache! I was thinking that is interesting! I also noticed that my breakfast stayed with me. I did not get hungry right afterward like other products I have tried……or even my normal breakfast food. I have had this problem since I was a little girl. I have tried all kinds of diets, no dairy products., juicing, eat for your blood type, etc., through the years.
I even gave up wheat/gluten, which did help some. Also I used enzymes, and probiotics. I never know what to eat.
Nothing really helped. The black cumin seed with the Essential Fatty Acid gave my body the right nourishment to heal it’s self.
I have never had this calmness, like I do now. I do not have to eat as much food as I use to, I feel content and satisfied in my stomach I can eat my next meal when it is time.
Two months now, these are the other things I have noticed that are improved, my concentration, less brain fog. sleeping better, dry skin gone (itchy skin) this time of the year it is bad, not losing as must hair (when I shower). I am soon to be 65 years old and there was a lot of discomfort going on. I am getting to be a well-oiled machine with less guck/bad oil in the inside, which is reversing the signs of aging. Oh! Yes! The seeds did help with the energy and more flexibility, and less stiffness.
I keep seeing improvement every day with the discomfort I have with muscle pain. This appointment proved it! I had just gone to my Chiropractic on Sept. 29th, the last time I was there was September 10th, I had only been on Soul for two weeks. I also would get a massage first. I have a lot of back, hip, neck, shoulder, upper back pain, soreness, knots, etc., piriformis myofascial muscle pain. As the massage therapist was working on my body before, I would almost pass out from all of the pain.
Today I almost fell asleep. After my treatment from my Chiropractic, he is asking me about products I am on. I always told him what I was using. So I told him about Soul. ”He said I had less cracking, popping and grinding” I know I was feeling better but this proved it! He is interested in this fantastic product.

Amazing SOUL results of Lupus
" I am 55 years old female, 38 years ago I was diagnosed with Lupus ( I have been told I likely have had this since I was 3), about 15 years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.
I have also been diagnosed with, chronic insomnia, restrictive lung disease, mitral & aortic valve leakage, osteoarthritis in all my joint, degenerative discs C2, 3, 4, & L,4,5,6 & 7, anxiety & bouts of depression & just recently I have been told I have a small brain tumor (likely benign) & that the frontal lobe of my brain behind my forehead is atrophied & separating from my skull. I also had to have my left knee replaced 2 years ago.
I had to use a walker to get around & use a motorized cart in the grocery store. 2 months after surgery they had to put me under again to force the knee to bend as the scar tissue had built up so quickly that I wasn’t able to get the range of motion I needed to walk properly. 3 months after that they had to put me under again & this time open me up & replace the plastic disc in the knee that had cracked because my scar tissue broke it.
Since then I have not been able to get a full range of motion & have had trouble going down stairs. I have to take them sideways.
I have been close to death four times that I am aware of. The last time in 2001 when my lupus attacked my blood & I became septic & had to have a blood transfusion.
I have been on morphine for the last 10 years, sometimes as much as 180 mg a day & for the last 2 years 80mg a day, 4 mg a day of warfarin ( the same ingredient used in rat poison), Oxazepam, Clonazepam, Xanax 3 a day, gravol(anti-nausea),Celebrex, 2-Plaquenil (an anti-malarial drug that’s main side effect if blindness, Candesartan (BP medication taken for kidney function) Celexa, and 4 senekot a day(to counteract the morphine).
I was given my 1st packet of SOUL on July 3, 2014. That was the beginning of my new life. That day I felt more energized than I have felt in years. Yet I wasn’t hyper or jittery and I was able to rest that night. The next morning July 4, 2014, I decided to give it a try, and that is when my life changed forever.
I started taking 2 packets of SOUL a day & stopped taking the morphine all together. Within 10 days I had weaned myself off all the prescriptions I was on as well as the over the counter stuff. I have been virtually pain free & sleeping w/o the use or drugs.
Today I can walk down the steps much more easily, most times walking like a “normal” human being. My range of motion is getting better, even though I may have to have another ‘manipulation” done on my knee to break up the scar tissue surrounding the knee cap.
