Around May 28, 2017 I injured my knee at at my worksite. Within the next few days the pain was so bad that I could hardly walk, I could bend my knee backwards carefully, but could not lift my leg or straighten my leg forward. It even hurt when I was sitting down. I honesty taught that I would need a knee replacement. My sister-in-law who works in the health industry laughed so hard at my thought of knee replacement, but I had never had such horrible pain in my knee before. She said it sounded like Patella tendonitis. She said I would have to go to the hospital to get an MRI, and would probably need some rest and knee therapy for about 3 weeks and the pain would go away, and in 3-4 months I would then be recovered.
That did not sit well with me, so I thought about what I could personally do to help myself (I hate hospitals, not to mention, further that I need a $3,000 deductible insurance) So I thought of taking some extra Rain international's SOUL. I took 1 - 2 per day and decided to take 6 per day. The next day my knee felt better !! The pain was still there, but much better !
I took 6 SOULs for the 4th day then lowered the dosage to 3 for the next 6 days. My pain was completly gone, i mean COMPLETELY GONE!!!
I am back down to 1-2 sachets per day, but that's just for supplementing my health. MY PAIN IS COMPLETELY GONE, I am so happy.

"I have had fibromyalgia since age 20 and took steroid injections about every three months for chronic pain throughout my entire body. In January of this year I fell and tore my ACL,LCL, MCL and Meniscus in my right knee.
I was taking, ibuprofen by the 100 count bottle and extra strength Tylenol for pain after the knee reconstruction surgery in June. I underwent physical therapy before and after surgery.
While undergoing PT I developed Sciatica nerve pain as well. In September my hair stylist shared one pack of SOUL with me which I drank immediately because I was in agony while getting my hair done.

Just a short time before I started taking Soul and Core I told my wife that my hands were starting to look like my dad’s (meaning old), but after taking both products, Soul & Core , twice a day for about 3 weeks my hands doesn't ike dad's anymore the wrinkles are gone!
Also I have been dealing with a skin condition for a couple of years, I really didn't notice a lot of difference until I cutback to taking the products once a day. After about a week of this my legs started itching again really bad, I hadn't realized that they were not itching and the dry skin had gotten much better until the cut back.
My wife only takes both once a day and her knee pain has gotten much better, actually to the point she has started back at the gym at least 4 times a week!
I am back to twice a day and headed to dermatologist on 28th. I can't wait to see what he says! Thanks
