I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for 22 years. I began taking Soul in July 2016. I love this product. My Cholesterol has dropped, my HGA1C has lowered and I feel amazing. I have been able to lower my long acting insulin dose and cut one of my short acting shots completely out (from 3 shots daily to 2). I normally take 1 Soul daily, first thing in the morning and if I feel like I may be coming down with a cold or not feeling well I increase to 2 daily until it passes. I also sleep better than I have in a long time and that just helps everything if you ask me 😃.
