My name is Karen muniz I'm 44 yrs old I have been on the Soul for 60 ish days. October 14 is my day of sobriety, I say sobriety because I had a list of demons and vices . Cigarettes being the least of them but non the less I started smoking when I was 15 and smoked ever since for the exception of each of my 3 pregnancies. So the fact that GOD has been a major part of this and the fact that I was READY for a life change ..RAIN has been a GOD sent . I have had no withdrawals, no irritating moods, no depression, no excuses NOTHING !! No weight gain, no craving for nothing to substitute my vices. Although the only thing I find myself doing today and every day is being grateful to the good LORD and sharing RAIN with everyone who is willing to listen and for those who are ready for a change.
