I am a type 2 diabetic who takes anywhere from 2 to 4 shots of insulin a day. I have been taking Soul for a little over a week now. Since taking Soul I have only had to take 2 shots a day and some days I question whether I should take even 1 shot of insulin. My blood sugars are anywhere from 80-105 since starting this product! I believe if I took Soul twice a day I would not need insulin at all. I have struggled with diabetes for over 10 years now and it's nice to know I have found something natural that can help me keep my diabetes under control!
