I was taking inventory at the salon and was in a squatted position because it was located on the bottom shelf.  I quickly stood up but didn't know that my co-worker had opened her cabinet above me. I hit the top of my head  on the cabinet door so hard it knocked me to the ground and I felt like blacking out for a second. My neck started cramping up to the point that even though my head was hurting I was more focused on my neck. I couldn't move my neck. I immediately opened a Rain Soul packet and put it all over my neck and then drank the rest. Within 5 minutes my neck was completely normal and I didn't get a headache even though I have a knot up there. I was amazed!!!
