I have arthritis throughout my body which is to be expected at the age of 89. My son started me on Soul a few months ago. I drink one in the morning and one in the evening. It took a few weeks before I noticed a difference but now I’m able to do things I haven’t been able to do in years. The swelling and stiffness in my hands is almost completely gone and my hip and back feel better than they have in years! Thank you Rain!
